This is currently the most popular way of treating “between the brow” furrows, transverse forehead creases, crow’s feet and lip lines. A very small amount of botulinum toxin (botox) is injected into the muscle which is causing deep and/or superficial furrows. This paralyzes the muscle so that wrinkling is no longer possible and the lines smooth out.

Recovery Time: None.

Results: The effect is evident in 5-7 days and lasts 3-6 months. Over time the muscle contraction “power” decreases and the lines become less visible.
